★★★★★ The App it works well, but sometimes the people who work in the Bank, don't speak English through the phone...sometimes It's hard to get help from them.

★★☆☆☆ It got so much worse, it was smooth working, account would instantaneously update once money changes, now it takes the couple of hours!! Why?! The interface is way slower than before, and they took out the "send again" option!! Why?? What idiot takes out the option that facilitates fast routine transactions !!! & a "financial planner" add that benefits who exactly?! Why on earth would I waste time writing "notes" on my transactions for you to track?! Make it as it were, no "innovative" stupidity.

★★☆☆☆ Language Problems: While the app claims to be in English, warnings and some sections still appear in German, causing confusion for non-German speakers. Delayed Transactions: Payments do not update the balance instantly, misleading users into thinking they have funds remaining. User-Unfriendly Menu: The interface is not intuitive, making navigation unnecessarily difficult. In today’s world of advanced AI, these issues are surprising and should be addressed urgently to improve user experience.

★★☆☆☆ Worst bank ever. They close your account and KEEP YOUR MONEY without any warning. Bad customer service that instead of helping you, try to scold you as if it the bank were theirs. Email responses take forever.
