As this is a public, pay-per-use laundry, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is essential for customer satisfaction. I recommend staff cleaning the floors and machines, especially during peak hours.

You can create an account to transfer money to the Speed Queen app, allowing you to pay for and run your machines all from your phone. Horrible app, limits your transactions. So if you're out of transactions you can't wash more clothes. You still have to use cash. It doesn't tell you about the limited transactions. Just use cash it's easier and less complicated. I'm pretty sure the app glitched and took money from my remaining amount. Would never recommend this.

I initially found this app quite useful. However, recently, I've encountered a major issue. My credit card information disappeared from the app, and now I can't add a new card. Every time I try, it simply doesn’t work. This is frustrating, especially when the app was working perfectly fine before. I hope the developers address this issue soon, as it’s severely affecting the functionality that made the app useful in the first place.
