Spider-Man Interactive App-Enabled Super Hero

★★★★★ I have a Motorolla 5g ace but Spiderman won't connect, I have used this app before and it was good but I will rate 5 Stars if it is fixed, no hard feelings sphero. You guys make awesome robots :D

★★★★★ When I launch the Spider-Man app version 1.1.5 I receive "Unable to reach internet please check your configuration or try another network". My Samsung Note 3 (5.0)is currently connected to the internet via wifi and this was verified by going to the youtube app and playing videos. I've attempted the following steps with negative results: Uninstall the Spider-Man application Restart your device Reinstall the Spider-Man application Turn Spider-Man off and then back on Ensure Bluetooth is enabled (as well as Location Services for Android users) and you have a strong WiFi connection Launch app with device close to Spidey I've also tried this on another Samsung tablet running Android 5.1.1 and received the same error message. Can you advise? UDPATE: The fix corrected the issue and is working as expected. Thanks to your team for an extremely fast resolution!!

★★★★★ I have tried this app on a zte and a moto phone and it still will not update him. I am going to try on this zte phone. I got sphero spyder man as a birthday gift and wanted to use him. Don't get me wrong sphero i love what u do with robotics and all but u do need too fix app. Thanks

★★☆☆☆ We've tried ipads and galaxy phones with android 9 and still can't get this to connect to the toy. You ve made a little boy so sad.

★★☆☆☆ WE MUST ALL DM SPHERO TO TELL THEM TO UPDATE THIS AWESOME APP to be compatible with new Samsung updates!! If you see these Spider-Man toys super discounted DO NOT BUY ONE. It literally doesn't work at all I just tried it. It was such an amazing toy with lots of customization. I really hope they update it.
