★★☆☆☆ App doesn't work, forces account creation, then takes all your data (I recommend using a stupid name e.g. sgt-big wang-man, so you can find out who they sell your data to) then you finally get to add stuff to your basket but when you get to the checkout ... Nothing, nothing works, you can pay for anything. Waste of my bloody time

★★☆☆☆ Sort by" newest first" it doesn't, I have reported this twice via email and a phone call. I want to remove my England athlete membership, which gets 15% off, so I can apply 20% first-time app promo code, but I can't find how to remove it. It does state remove any time...how.

★★☆☆☆ Search tool is poor. You either know the specific product you want or just use the website, it's so much better to search

★★☆☆☆ When I tried to finalize my order the payment options wouldn't load correctly. I tried to use PayPal, and it was failing which I thought was a temporary issue, so I tried to repeat. I then got a notification that I'd been charged 3 times despite the order failing. I'm down almost £400 with an unsuccessful order.
