★★☆☆☆ Overpriced junk, app freezes, customer service is a joke. Don't waste your money on this fleet tracking junk from Verizon

★★☆☆☆ Old app worked 100% better. This one doesn't update the truck location. Shows assets where they were at 60 miles ago.

★★☆☆☆ Not happy with the performance of Verizon new 4g trackers. The 3g worked great, but the 4g drop locations for no reason. Spotlight will show the truck moving but after they shut off on the job it will show like it is parked at the original location. When you run a report after the truck is back home it will show that it was running but never moved. This is not a service issue as the truck was in good cell service the complete time. As soon as my contract is up I am switching them out.
