Seems to work pretty good...a few years ago, I had a breech reported, then some family was able to find out about an email breech. Edit: Well, nothing good lasts it seems. I wanted to run a scan bc of such an increase in political spam from the Harris/Walz campaign. And just to use the features, the app had me go through the cookie/permission checks again AND WOW! What is the point of using this application if they're taking your data and trading it to THE WORST OFFENDERS ANYWAY? It's crazy.

The support function and bookings worked maybe twice but besides that no one answers or keeps to booking times. Maybe too many people or the booking system isn't working for you guys, or maybe you can't handle demand or it's a big problem but as a paid service it's unreliable. Using the free edition maybe be better. It also has issues with scanning, but I could not verify that with support even with emailing and booking multiple times with no response so seems just unreliable having doubts now.

I am using the VIP have sent multiple emails and tried their site and chatbot and not a response, and it's been over a month. Also, now seems like there wad some spyware detected then no spyware detected not sure what'd go on. Also, I cannot see what was detected in the history so how does that help. I don't know how to contact you guys even though I'm a VIP subscriber and yet all communication channels I have tried before received no response. Also, the contact an expert looks dodgy too.
