★★☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible Experience with Sri Sugar Travels – NEVER Again! I booked a bus for my friend from Chennai to Bangalore. Just 30 minutes before departure, she received a call saying the bus was cancelled with no prior notice or alternative offered. She was stranded, and I couldn’t get through to customer service for help. The bus operator was rude, and the situation was unsafe for my friend traveling alone. Sri Sugar Travels failed to resolve this. I will never use them again. Avoid them!

★★☆☆☆ By trusting your gps location I went there, nothing is there I asked driver to what is exact location he said other location which 5 min far way, I said wait iam coming, he shouted and went and told me come to next stop which is 30 min far away from there... Anyway I didn't travel on your travels. In the future also
