Most pathetic service I ordered a kay beauty foundation they delivered a concealer. And now they are not exchanging either returning my money. Talking to their customer case multiple times and still nothing infact they asked for mail which I did still nothing. Most pathetic app and most pathetic services. If u don't want ur money to get stuck delete this app right away.

The worst app 😡😡 which I have ever came across... They will send the wrong product and when we will try to return it they won't take it because we have opened it... There is no proper custom care support available... May advise is not to order anything from there... There are much better aap where u can purchase... If there will be return option also they won't take the product... So it's better not to shop from there. I hope this was helpful... And think twice while ordering.

They are fraudsters. We ordered a smash box primer in sale which showed expiry as 19 April 2026, when we received the product the expiry was July 2025. Now they are not ready to accept their mistake and wants us to return the product as per their return policy. If I bought a product at 2400 in sale, why would I buy a new one again at 3500. The customer care even lied to us that the expiry date on the website was changed after we purchased. App is mostly under maintenance even during daytime.
