Absolute nightmare using this app. Unable to add more than 1 mobile plan to my account, keep getting logged out for no reason, and most of all, was suddenly unable to pay for my most recent phone bill through my bank card, and instead had to top up to my Star hub wallet to be able to pay for the phone bill. Amount of data remaining on my plan also inaccurate and not updated. Absolutely the worst telco app I've used so far, considering switching telco right now.
