Great app with good videos and features. For me this app stands out because: * You can create workouts that use different equipment e.g. dumbbells with Swiss ball and TRX * You have control over the style of workout (reps or time, HIIT or Circuit or Tabata) * You have control over transition time from one exercise to another. So many apps only give you 5 or 10 seconds to transition from one exercise to another (which I find far too short) * The app support team is prompt to reply

I highly recommend this app. I was looking for an app that would cover everything: kettle bell, medicine ball, bosu ball, bench dumbbells, barbells, roller... This app did it all. I will add my feedback after 3 months.

Very basic app. Some of the video demonstrations are so bad they are dangerous if followed. Some of the heavier lifts such as Deadlift, the form shown will only cause injury.

App is not working. The exercises and exercise cards are not showing, I have my Wi-Fi and mobile data connected still showing network error. I had purchased the premium. Please fix this.
