Worked a dream. I was panicking as we got the wrong bus from London back to Tewkesbury and needed a Taxi from Cheltenham late on a Sunday evening. The app worked fine and even though the bus was slightly behind schedule the driver waited for us. He did ring me a few times, but my phone was on silent on the bus and I missed them. I also tried the A2B Cheltenham app, that doesn't work. It seems Starline are ahead of the game, Uber don't have any cars in the area. I think the driver was Uma Raja

Most drivers are fine, but the occasional rude driver. Also, when you book in advance it doesn't actually mean you've booked for them to come at that time, as they are always late, it can vary between 5–30 mins usually. Recommend using other taxi services.

Taxi Confirmed doesn't mean confirmed. Booked a taxi, it said booking confirmed, 20 minutes after taxi should have come I called up, and they said they had nothing available for at least an hour. They need to change the wording in the app, so it doesn't say your booking is confirmed because it isn't.
