Very bad experience ordering from Starlink. They advertise same-day delivery but don't keep that word. They won't inform you why... send an email or make a call. Nothing. You have to call them. When you call them, they will say excuses like the item is with the supplier, so it will take time to be delivered. Customer service is rude and not helpful at all.

I was called that item is on its way of delivery without proceeding to checkout. Now that I want to purchase the item, it cannot be able to check out. The cart has 3 items on it but upon proceeding the cart displays empty.
