★★☆☆☆ Service doesn't work even though all requirements are met. Doesn't do or work as advertised! Support outside of carrier is non-existent I have called Verizon wireless and spent over 2 hours on the phone with them trying to figure out why I can't sign up for this service. They have gone over my entire account and I am eligible according to the requirements set by this service to be able to sign up for it but no matter what I or Verizon does they can't figure out why I can't get the service to work. I was told by a senior Verizon tech support agent that I won the award for stumping her and two supervisors that have both been there 2 years+

★★☆☆☆ No Text Capabilities This service is great if you use your cell phone for business purposes. Helps customers remember the contact number. But it does NOT have texting capabilities.
