Had to use the app recently for a breakdown. Worked very smoothly, sent my location to the team automatically, and I had regular updates and text contacts while waiting. The phone number was available if needed. Local rescue service arrived a bit later than originally stated, but had another text saying how far away they were. The app worked perfectly!

You won't know how naff this app is until you need to use it and then unfortunately you'll be stuck with it. Notifications that go nowhere. I was good for putting in my breakdown details but gives no into back to you about what's happening

Can't fault Start Rescue, but this app just wouldn't load properly, so I had
to just ring up instead

Seems almost like a different app. This one just gives you the option of calling start rescue. Functionality removed compared to the app description. Misleading! I can call without the app and this has wasted my time! App deleted!
