★★☆☆☆ Cant use the app.... CANT RECEIVE OTP!!! I cant proceed to scanning as it needs me to verify my account or whatever that needs me to type my OTP. BUT i don't receive any OTP from my sms.no one in the system is texting me what my OTP is.it's been 5 days since this happened and I still can't use your app. PLS FIX IT! ALL THE STUDENTS AT OUR ESTABLISHMENT Can't USE YOUR APP. THIS PROBLEM IS NOT ONLY ME BUT US!! FIX IT IMMEDIATELY!!!!

★★☆☆☆ This app is perfectly working at first, I was able to enter the university but then suddenly I can't open the stay safe scanner and all my data are lost. I need to register my cellphone number again, and I tried it many times, but I haven't received any OTP confirmation. I tried many contact number, and also I used another mobile phone, but I still haven't received an OTP. I hope that you can fix it as soon as possible because we need to use stay safe up scan to enter our school.
