Used to love this app, but now I can't pay with the app. It keeps giving me the error : something went wrong with my payment. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and tried again and still not working. So frustrating.

It took me 15 minutes to try and book on this app. At least it finally worked even though it won't let me sign in yet the password works on the website. You may want to fix your warnings when you book the wheelchair because you can't actually see the legend at the bottom and I only know this because I've ended up in the cinema without a seat previously Update. The app actually got worse and won't even let me pay anymore after adding my ticket types as discovery

Was hoping for a better experience in comparison to your tedious, maze website. Slow, got stuck on picking seats after selecting movie. Was hoping to be able to select my own snacks as your website only has combo deals with sugar overdosed drinks. I must just wait for streaming releases and sharing from folks who download movies. Your memberships numbers are long with no option to save family members on my profile. All round terrible online & in store experience.
