★★☆☆☆ Broken app. 2 sign-in flows, one to the app and one to the AXS system. Supposedly same credentials but gives a prompt that password entered was incorrect when signing in to AXS. Even though I just signed in to the app. Changed phone, tickets to event are missing. App doesn't require pwd to be upper/lower alphanumerical, but the website does, and the app will enforce it in backend. I was able to attend my event after 3 password changes. Please check backend logic. Unacceptable for any standard.

★★☆☆☆ Possibly the worst app I've EVER encountered which says a lot. Spent almost 400 EUR on tickets and still can't access them. Can't log in, can't verify email or anything. Will report it to KO unless I get help.

★★☆☆☆ Checkout process is painful at best, painful AND broken at worst. Had to log in like 10 times after I bought the ticket.
