It used to work very well before, and I'd get a quick response for the stock credit. I never connected by brokerage acct but simply uploaded a photo of the brokerage statement with my account number blacked out. Now that I've updated the app today the companies, eligible, redeemed, perks, acct would not load. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall and login for it to work. I'm glad I know how to troubleshoot issues as those new to the smartphone might have more problems.

Worked for P&O Cruise Credit (UK). This is the new process for Carnival shareholders requesting cruise credit on P&O and other Carnival owned cruise lines. It's a bit fiddly, but not much worse than the previous method. I printed out my most recent ISA statement showing 100 Carnival shares. I redacted everything not relevant. Uploaded a photo to the app. Waited a week for a confirmation email. Went back in the app and redeemed the perk. Got an email 24 hours later confirming my cruise credit.

UPDATE... It is August 2024 and this app is still terrible. It just doesn't do anything. I can't even send a contact us message. No one at this company cares as they know you HAVE to use this app to get your stock perks!TERRIBLE. THE WORST. DOESN'T WORK AND Can't GET MY CRUISE PERKS!!

This app is terrible. App is US focused and hopeless for the UK. Requirements needed for proof of stock ownership are tedious and border on intrusive. Using the online check of share ownership only works for US financial institutions. The manual process needs a recent document i.e. within three months. No good if your contract note is a year old. Also, proof of share ownership expires after three months. It's a damn faff trying to get OBC and Carnival need to change from this App. Not recommended
