★★☆☆☆ Pretty random when it works and then doesn't. Up until a week ago I could access documents. Now I need them I can't access them. No error, just spins around

★★☆☆☆ Slow, clunky, non-user friendly app, inaccurate recording of defect logs (especially private vs common), logs of private defects of OTHER apartments appearing on my logged in app, regularly freezes and will not allow input into app, cannot access logged issues/defects unless you log a new defect then immediately hit back button, important recent logged issues "archived" or "rejected" with no means to see an explanation, regular phone messages that the app is crashing.... Could it be any worse?
