This app has great stretching classes. I deducted one star because it lacks customization, for example 1. Change the time of the daily reminder 2. Different reminders for different classes (e.g. splits every day, back Monday and Wednesday) 3. Challenges with friends count the number of classes (not the number of days) we stretched per week 4. Challenges with friends don't allow us to limit the courses that count, e.g. only split stretches

Money money money, subscription blah blah blah... health always has a price. Literally go on YouTube for free and get so many helping videos instead being charged to better my health and self. USA and everyone always want to make up pay for the things and info that is essential FOR OUR WELLBEING. This is why I hate these type of apps ... always monetizing everyone's lives just to make a buck. Well I disagree.

Pretty much useless unless you pay for expensive subscription. Lots of better apps available that are free. Avoid this one.
