UPDATE APPENDED BELOW Worthless. Will not associate the appliance (M series double ovens) UPDATE After calling Customer Service on 8/25, they told me that "they have recently noticed some routers identifying our appliances as "Liberty Seyfert" [gun safe] devices due to how similar our MAC address are to theirs, and some customers have accidentally blocked the unit." My router had a device identified as simply Seyfert which I had paused. Once unpaused the ovens connected and the app works fine

Pixel 9 here. App works perfectly and was able to add my appliances without any problems.

I was having trouble connecting my appliances through the app and was getting an error. I suspect that the appliances are set at 2.4 ghz because most homes have weak signals throughout the house and the 2.4 ghz works better than 5G. I went ahead and created a second SSID with 2.4 ghz and gave it a unique name and then left my 5G Wi-Fi with its own ID. Once I did that I jumped on the 2.4 network and was able to connect the dishwasher and fridge

I finally managed to connect freestanding double wolf range and sub-zero fridge and freezer. But the wolf built in oven cannot connect to app. Every time it searches for Wi-Fi connection I let it run and after 3 minutes system tells my it couldn't find Wi-Fi. The other appliances didn't have that issue, and they're all in the same kitchen. Now I can't open app. So I uninstalled app and re-installed app... however, system is telling me the app has a bug and can't do anything... Honestly......?!?!?!??

After the small fortune subzero charges for appliances, it is pretty frustrating that the button to add an appliance is a dead button. This makes the application, and any connectivity, completely worthless and unusable. Edit for response from manufacturer: These are brand-new appliances, with instructions plastered inside them on how to connect, which I followed. The button in the app to add an appliance appears, but does nothing when you click it. Fix your broken app.

Unlike many, I had no problems to connect my new refrigerator to my Wi-Fi and then to access it on my phone. The refrigerator did a software update straight away, which seems bizarre for this kind of product. After that, the app is fairly useless. I have set the temperature units on the fridge to °C, but the app shows only °F. How hard is it for Sub-Zero to do? Then I find that the app shows only the set temperature, not the actual temperature. But when I'm away, I want to know if it's ok.
