Just paid for premium today, a few hiccups, but quickly sorted by very helpful team at Suncorp.

The app is completely useless for TPI holders. Tried to submit a claim, and they won't even accept it. The only option is to give them a call and submit the claim. And guess what, after calling them 5 times in one day, they have got more than 45-min waiting queue. The worst experience I am having atm and suncorp insurance is not helpful whatsoever despite being the driver, not at fault.

Had same problem as many others. Log in and get to consider changing password. Have uninstalled the app. I do not trust Suncorp to fix any of their app problems despite all the money they make from us. Too LATE MATE
