Great at alerting my family to UV times. Have it set to remind me at 8am and again 20 minutes before sun protection required, so we can either finish up what we are doing or apply sunscreen. Installed it I. My 9yo's tablet, and she will often tell me when sun protection is required. Would be great if you could put into the app what time you applied your sunscreen, and it would tell you when it was working, and when to reapply. For those of us with ADHD time blindness...

This app is pretty good, but it doesn't serve the needs of people who need it most. I get skin cancers and have to cover up when the UV is over 1, but the app doesn't allow me to customize alerts so that I know when to protect myself, giving me no option other than the alerts that sound when UV is at 3. Other than that, the interface is pretty intuitive, you can set several locations and the info is displayed clearly.

Kosovo is not listed as a country, that means cannot select my location to use the app. Other locations for some cities are completely wrong and showing false information, hopefully this is not done intentionally. 👎

Since updating from the old version the current uv displayed is totally inaccurate. 10.30 in the morning in Parramatta it says 0.1 uv. Other weather apps say 5.3. Don't use this. The reply is just a brush-off. Nobody can be bothered fixing it or investigating. The app thinks Parramatta is in the antarctic. It is actually reporting the Davis station UV level for Parramatta and surrounding areas. Wildly inaccurate. But they don't seem to give a toss.

I loved this app, and then it updated. Now, it reads very differently from the EPA data. It will only give me one reading for the entire state of RI. I know it is a small state, but that is ridiculous. I used to get 3 different cities in RI. I hope this changes soon, but I'm concerned it won't since they went global.
