The app works without issue, and it was very easy to make a claim. My dishwasher broke and they came out to inspect. They paid the claim in a couple of weeks. I made another claim on a repair for the washer/dryer, and they sent a tech to fix it, and it works great. Very happy with the service and will be renewing for another year.

Terrible experience with the company, after charging for "modifications" on the exact same water heater as was already in place and installation for a water heater, the singular company that they use for plumbing left a hole in the roof, after months of trying to get them to finish the job, they finally decided that they will not cover roofing in any form. I tried to work with them, but they repetitively told me that they would not complete the job that I paid for.

Terrible company. So I have an issue in my home, so I went on the app to request service I wrote what's going on they send a plumber he came did his thing and the issue seems to be resolved however the issue came back maybe 3 to 4 months after, so I request service again they send out a different company this guy said we need a new faucet he told super now super going to tell me they don't do faucet and I won't get back my $75 I would not recommend anybody to this company.
