I had bought China-exclusive figures and had them shipped to me through Superbly 3 times. But for the latest time, maybe it's because the figure and goods didn't seem valuable, the figure was actually broken 💔 and came without the box. It's common sense to keep collectable items like figures in its unopened state along with the box to keep its value, but they did not. Now I only wonder did someone at Superbly opened and played my figure and accidentally broke it? It's so hard to trust again.

I'm having a terrible experience with this company. It's really a nightmare, and I'm not exaggerating. I just want to get my package delivered doesn't matter how much it cost, I think it's better to forget about, so it's cheaper to me. I can't get a refund, I write messages to different "expert agents", one saying something, the next day. A different "expert agent" say something different. Terrible communication, super expensive shipping costs. I just want all this end.

Awful. Open app. Pop up to update. Pressed to update. In Google. Downloaded updates. Open. App open with 6 18 ad. Pop up of updates again. Pressed update went to Google. Pressed Open. Back to App. As pop up then updates pop up. Closed App. Turn off phone. Start again. Same. Have to Install App!!!
