Can't submit on the create an account... TO EVERYONE PICKING THEIR DOB BY MONTH... JUST TAP THE YEAR, THEN... you go back by year, normal Android 📅

I read the reviews before creating my account, and I was prepared for disaster. However, my experience with setting up my account was GREAT!! I see everyone is complaining of the DOB feature. If you click on the year, it brings down the list you can then choose your DOB easily. So far this site is easy to use. Thanks.

Please fix the birthdate entry. I had to scroll back 63 yrs on the calendar. Make it so you just have to enter the date.

The scrolling for the D.O.B. is ridiculous. Also, it's not bringing up any Providers in my area. And while searching the app closes.

When creating account should allow to type in dob and explain"other" error. Not helpful at all

Useless app.... Can't create an account, there is no way to submit my information to actually CREATE a new account. Locate a provider function doesn't work - in fact, when trying to use that function, the app crashes... App really needs some serious work!
