★★★★★ Original review taken down by whom? Appreciate unlimited devices & cost. But again, coming from mullvad interface to surf shark interface is a jarring experience. It's just not very well laid out compared to the mullvad interface. Instead of having to jump onto forums to post this suggestion I've stated it here. Devs take a look at mullvad's interface.

I tried to contact support which is only available for an additional fee. I am not willing to pay the additional fee because I have paid for the product. I am currently not happy with Surf shark...

★★☆☆☆ Signed up with prepay for 3 year deal, they charged me every year then claimed that was the yearly price when the current rate is 1/3rd of what they were charging me. Zero customer support and no way to call. Basically criminals.

★★☆☆☆ It doesn't work. You have to sign up for a subscription in which they charge your for the entire year. Only to find out it doesn't do what it says. You still get ads, can't watch videos on YouTube and have a very slow web browser. The only thing it does is allow you to get advertisements from the country you selected the VPN to originate.
