Love my Susie and the convenience of the app! My partner and I both work full time and don't have time to cook. Susie is cheaper than takeout and healthier. And with the app, ordering meals and managing my plan is a breeze! (And I kind of love it that my phone notifies me when dinner is done, even if I'm still on my drive home from work, so I know there will be a hot meal ready for me!)

This app does what I need. I order my meals and use it to cook. My son and I are picky about food, so we only get a small selection. I also use my Susie on regular meals. I put the items in and look up how to cook them with the guides. When it's ready I get a notification. So far I love this thing! I wish there was a way to select done without having to get up and go in the kitchen to do it. Sometimes I roast and then finish with a 3-min broil. If done isn't selected it says the Susie is busy.

Susie overall. It has been almost 2 months and I haven't even had my unit shipped to me. I was told 3 to 4 weeks. That passed then I was told 6 weeks. That has passed then I was told week of 1/1. That has passed. My freezer has filled with your food cause you shipped me plenty of food. This has caused me to not have room for freezer groceries which is in turn, costing me more money to go out and eat. You're costing me more money than this is worth. I will update when you fix this.

Confirmed, App is useless trash. When oven is cooking app cannot access oven to see how much time is remaining. Other than that app does not connect to oven 50% of the time. Not sure what the point is of the app aside from than. I don't need the buggy app to order meals. The website is better. They have not put any further effort into fixing the app. The "customer support" team guides you the generic "restart oven, uninstall reinstall app" fixes nothing.

Meals aren't marked as premium at first glance. Also, there is an option to order the same thing for your next meal delivery as you ordered for your previous meal delivery, but I always have to go in and fix something because they've snuck some premium meal into my delivery. To top all of that off, I ordered my starchier in November, and not only has it not arrived they can't even give me an ETA for it. I was offered a refund for the unit, but I already have the pots for it!
