Service has been great from company. Have had taxi drivers try to cancel or double charge me and support has been very helpful. Only problem is that the app is in English, which is good. However, support lines it directs you to have no option for English. If you're travelling and run into issues and require refunds, best is via support ticket on their site.

I gave them 5 star before until I noticed a trend. It's best to not use the app but instead take your chances at flagging a cab by the road if you live close to one. The ride times are heavily inflated. A 10 minutes ride according to the app turned out to be 4 minutes ride. I was charged for 10 minutes when I booked. No option for earning points like many others. If you're going to charge us on estimated billing, it makes sense to give us opportunity to recover the extra via points like SJ.

9 times out of 10, these days, the app will confirm a booking and assign a car, showing the car on a map with its arrival time. Then, after a few minutes, the car will just disappear, no explanation, and the process starts again. Kafkaesque taxi service, of use to the true masochist only. This is a service that used to work. Now it's a travesty. Don't use.

Cannot verify phone number to the USA country code. I am in Sweden on business and unable to book a taxi, because the app will not send confirmation codes to either of my two USA numbers. Both phones receive SMS from other parties
