Worse than useless - verification codes do not work, finally managed to link the my chart account, but the app has no dr, prescription or appointments data, birthdate is off by over 50 years - and no way to correct wrong information. Cannot even schedule online apparently, just prints out a phone # to call - what's the point of the app again?

This app is awful. Give the original My Chart layout back, please. This is harder to navigate, harder to find things in, won't even access my Letters. This app is a real Pain and I want the original My Chart back.

Not sure if it was from the newest update, but you try clicking 'Next' after the Insurance portion, nothing happens. The green button just goes gray and does nothing.

Terrible and useless, I have been very sick for over a week and tried to see my doctor. My only choice was a video conference > I waisted 30 minutes trying to utilize this to get a video conference to no avail
