★★★★★ The experience on switch is fast and seamless. Keep it up

★★★★★ It's comforting to know this app belongs to an actual bank. You can walk into the bank and make withdrawal, you can make Forex transactions with your debit card too. Beware that if you change devices, *you'll have to go through a long process to sign in on switch app*. You probably want that level of security for a forex account, however tedious this seems. I haven't signed in ever since I changed devices. That isn't a problem for me though, I can still use my card and get email notifications

★★☆☆☆ I don't know what is wrong with this app. Is it that the sterling bank abandoned it or are they having issues with licensing? I did a card funding of 7000NGN, and it's not reflecting on my account. I tried reaching the customer care service but no response. I have requested for my sterling account to be linked to my switch account, and it has not yet been done. The only thing I have done with this app is just to create the account. I have not been able to do anything else since then
