★★★★★ Ones Bluetooth/ android auto is connected to my truck the swoop doesn't make noise when a tow job is requested, only works when Bluetooth is not connected, tried everything can't get it to work, any help?

★★☆☆☆ Notifications don't seem to be working anymore, have missed a bunch of calls affecting our performance calls, in turn lowering our call volume when it's not our fault it's the swoop system failing us. Please fix!

★★☆☆☆ It's an ok app Wish The Dispatchers can see more than 20 pics and the biggest problem is with all my calls every time I put my self On Scene and start taking pictures (Equipment, Class Type, & Rate Type) Disappears and the Invoice Go To $0.00

★★☆☆☆ Since the new update I can no longer use my phone it's telling me upgrade my phone. There is nothing wrong with my phone it works fine and so did the app until this update. I'm not buying a new phone just to use your app.
