Edit (11-12-2024) issue resolved after sending the app support on the SWVL website. Cannot log in through Facebook as my phone number is already linked from previous login. After changing my mobile recently cannot log in or reset the account.

We had an issue with one of the drivers collecting payment and marking us as a "no-show" but the team sorted it out quickly and efficiently. I recommend referring any trip issues to the Swvl Team rather than individual drivers.

Irresponsible company!!!! They don't track their drivers they assign drivers with phone numbers that isn't in service no any reachable support number they reach out after almost 30 mins, and they don't even know where is the ride or who is the driver, and they literally didn't help out my day got missed up and all they said was we will report this!!!!! This is not the first time for such a complaint!!! How is that even a safe company

I canโt stress enough how terrible SWVL has become. DO NOT USE THIS APP! Iโve had nothing but horrible experiences with them. Every time I arrive at the pick-up location, they either CANCEL the trip last minute or POSTPONE it by HOURS! Itโs an absolute nightmare. They leave you stranded without any notice or care, wasting your time and money. Their customer service is non-existent, and the app is completely unreliable. Don't relay on this app worst transport app ever
