★★★★★ Make sure your phone DOES NOT optimize this apps' battery usage, it needs to be able to run in the background to occasionally provide updates on the pet tracking. The app works great and does not drain the battery.

★★★★★ I Think if u made it more like a multipurpose tool. That was engaging. And personable it would be more effective. Try giving people health goals with their pets. It needs to be more engaging. I feel like if u had the option for more exercise ideas and goals. With a better tracking ability. Maybe even the ability to store music for easy on the go running. Blue tooth capabilities for headphones. People would go crazy over it. Gives them a way to include their companions in on the fun.

★★☆☆☆ This is a completely unsupported product that DOES NOT WORK. I bought it think that it might be slightly better than the whistle device I had and because coverage for Mobile in my area is pretty good. I've gone through every troubleshooting step multiple times, had the device replaced, escalated a ticket to tmobile IT/engineering and still ended up with no results. I was finally able to figure out how to get it to connect to the app on my phone (going to app permissions and manually giving the app more permissions than it asked for) but the battery lasts for less than one day. Usually about 6–8 hours. The app constantly tells me to put the device on the charger and connect it to Wi-Fi to update the firmware, but I've had it connected to the Wi-Fi and on the charger for more than a month now and the firmware won't update. I have no idea about actual functionality because it's so incredibly frustrating that I just stopped trying to use it. Best part is I'm still paying for the device because during the months of troubleshooting I went past the buyers remorse period. I literally can't even give it back. This is THE worst experience I've ever had with a product. It's unfathomable why the execs and CEO of this company have continued to let this thing be available for people to buy.

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't work. Why hasn't it been fixed? Are you all just scamming ppl now? I had to go threw so much trouble to get a new device since my dog lost her and that one didn't work. And had to get another one and yet that device is still not being recognized by the App. What are you all going to do? The app sucks....won't even connect to devices....
