★★☆☆☆ For some reason I cannot use the app. I have a T-jove 3 months payment, plastic card. The possible solution can be either That in the system the card should be registered even if I downloaded the app in some other phone and logged in Or That if the app read your card, the card stay saved until further notice which is quite simple Funny thing I even tried the wallet by google option that you scan your card as QR code yet I cannot use it. Also, the phone is android oppo A58 that supports NFC so

★★☆☆☆ I need 2 things from this app: to buy a ticket and to be able to enter the metro with it. For some reason, the app charges my bank account, but won't recharge the virtual card. This makes the app unusable.
