I as a doctor did the registration, got three consultation requests, when I try to log in, it says account not activated contact the management, but no way to contact or get technical support.

Trying to access as guest using phone number it keeps saying an internal error has ecured error code 39.

Bad support. There are no doctors to answer the questions. And the division of specializations is not clear. Anyone can answer you, even if it is not his specialty
