You can order food, so it works at that level. My biggest problem is that I'm using this app, so I don't have to wait 45 minutes for my food. They don't start making your food until you check in, which means I'm going to start cheating on that feature. When I choose make the food for now, you should make the food right now. The whole point of me getting this ap is, so I can place an order, drive across town, pick it up, and leave immediately. As the app currently sits it's not designed for that.

Every time I use this app, there is an issue. Either the order doesn't make it to the store, or the app simply crashes after placing an order and selecting "I'm on my way"
