★★★★★ Lovely having the paper set up. I grew up with The News Tribune at the house, the same look on my phone brings joy. An updated version should have each article read aloud, even in the e-editions - could be a nice touch to utilize subscription.

★★★★★ Overall it's good, but there are a couple major shortcomings. It's common for an article to have hyperlinks to another TNT article, but will send you to the web-browser instead of staying within the app. This can result in login issues. If it's a TNT article, keep it in the app! Likewise, I'll get push notifications from TNT that send me to the web-browser instead of the app. I don't have this problem with the NPR or AP apps. Fix these and it's easy 5/5. Support local news!

★★★★★ Subscribe! Paying local journalists is vital. They don't work for free, do you? The app works perfectly if you have a subscription. I do wish the app had a search feature, so I can find topics and journalists.

★★☆☆☆ No longer truly a free app. I understand newspapers are struggling, but if you offer a free app I should be able to read the posted articles without being limited. No longer a helpful news source for your local community. Living in a city that's not the main city in the area the news was already hard to come by. Your reporting already wasn't really covering the most local news, it was more big picture coverage like the news channels, is why you lost subscribers to the paper in the first place.

★★☆☆☆ App takes 47 seconds to load on my Pixel 5 - this is unacceptable. Customer service did not help. I uninstalled the app and cancelled the subscription. Now, they are fighting me to keep from giving me a prorated refund for my prepaid annual subscription. 0 stars.
