Ok so I use tc cars all the time, and they are really reliable and cheap fares plus I like the fact all the drivers have the meter showing, so you know the drivers can't charge you extra. I would have give 5 stars for the app, but I can't seem to book a taxi to a place E. G the local shop and then to come back to my house it seems you can only put in one destination. But tbh I usually just call them and they here within 3–5 mins anyway so the only real good thing about the app is you can pay by card which of course just makes life eayser.

Was great but.... I really liked this app to begin with. Wherever you were it could find whereabouts you are and pick you up...but now the location tracker for pickup point is way out so u have to put manually where you are which isn't always easy if you're somewhere you don't really know (that is why the map location was so good) plus you could get a quote for journey and could see details of driver. But now as well as location messing up, I can never book a taxi through it anymore as it says non-available in my area

Easy to use App, but taxi did not show. I had looked up on Google, and they said they served the area. Installed app. Provided details including card. Pick up booked and confirmed. After 10 mins rang via app and confirmed taxi has been just been despatched. Rang again in 10 mins. Same message. Rang the taxi company listed. They were confused as they do not cover the area. So am stood in rain in a small village with no taxis available at short notice. App deleted

Tc's cars you need to sort the issue with the map as it don't show up anymore
and tracking of drivers as you cannot track your taxi anymore
