★★★★★ The app is mostly working well. I don't like not showing the correct timeline in the weekend, especially Sunday. However, I want to keep my attention on the good things. I am very grateful for the free service for the residents of Malta. I am grateful to the drivers who are kind and helpful. Most of the drivers are really kind. I would suggest putting a comment that states clearly that some routes might be changed according to needs and situations as things happen in traffic and change should be minimal

★★★★★ Very informative but it could be more user-friendly such as the new bus tracking in real time.

★★★★★ You cannot check your balance, you cannot top up the card. This app is the worst. Edit: After 4 years its getting better. Edit: After 5 years: I think at this point it started to be actually useful.

★★☆☆☆ Why can't I access to this app ? Every time I try to create an account, it keeps showing something went wrong. Even after following all the instructions correctly, it still showing same problem. Very useless app.

★★☆☆☆ 13.01.2025 not showing any buses at any bus stops this morning! Please fix the app ASAP.

★★☆☆☆ App won't let you make an account. Bad Credentials. Coming to Malta in 4 days was planning to use the app to get around.
