This is actually a really good thing. I am a stay at home mom that does not have a babysitter all the time. When I do have a babysitter I can pick a daycare on the list and go work for that time. There are a lot of temp to hire as well.

I’ve worked for tandem since March. They are very communicative with me about jobs. They assign me quickly as possible. They respond to me in a reasonable timely manner. I love working for them around my schedule.

I want to work for them, but I can't get started! I've done all the training and the background checks, but several times now the app has backtracked as if I haven't done the background which is preventing me from submitting for work, and I've had jobs stuck "in review" for weeks! This is after I get an auto denial when I click request. I've submitted screenshots but can't seem to get off the ground

Unable to log in, to start applying for jobs. Screen that says "Tandem" is stuck. Can't go pass that screen.

I haven't been able to enter the app. It's perpetually stuck on the loading screen (displaying the Tandem logo). I'm endeavoring to complete my application for part-time Daycare Worker that I began by applying through Indeed. The application process isn't complete until I enter the app and do part 2 of the process. So it's a one star for now until this issue is fixed. Maybe there's a bug in the app or a problem on my end in my phone?
