A brilliant tool, a running memory book and communication tool. Allowing a holistic approach to every individual child and their adult. A great opportunity for parents while absent to be actively involved and to carry this learning journey into the home. Also allowing parents to upload their continued achievements, so the staff can share in their progress.

Works great on iPhone but seems the version for android has been abandoned for example it's not been updated for over a year! On iPhone, I could screenshot pictures of my child to keep, but I'm now on android and if I try to screenshot a picture on tapestry I get a message saying I don't have permission, strange as I seemed to have permission when I had iPhone. Spoke to my sons teachers who tried on her iPhone to screenshot a picture on tapestry, and it worked just fine.

Worst app ever. Won't let me delete the old account with my old nursery. Yet It can't cope with the fact that I now have two accounts. It will only send me the password reset for the old nursery, I have to get the new nursery to do it for me. When I then change the password, I screenshotted the new password to confirm what it was, but even then it won't recognize it!? Now have to go back to my new nursery again. Absolute rubbish.

I don't get any notifications and all the settings are correct. Push notifications are on- I have a Samsung and my husband has an iPhone and neither of us get the notifications. We are supposed to be working but spend the entire day constantly logging into the app and refreshing to see if there are any updates for our little boy while he is in nursery. He has lots of issues, so we need to keep in touch with nursery and the zero notifications is making it extremely difficult. Please help!
