EDITED AS COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED: This is to update that Mr. Dinesh Prasad from Tata fiber, came & did the troubleshooting and upgraded the router and resolved the issue, and we have tested the signal strength in my affected rooms and its strength is normal as required and I am able to connect from both affected room. This was long pending issue (since 1 monthly) is resolved after many efforts from Mr. Dinesh Prasad. I also thank mr. Manoj Kumar and his manager for coordinating this effectively

Worst service, don't buy binge from tata play fiber and tata play. The team working is useless and ruining the name of Tata. I am using tata connection for last 3 years but when tried to upgrade, complete mess from the team. This team is charging me for the services which I am not using because of their mistake. No refund policy that is the worst scenario even after Tata play fiber team is unable to resolve my concern as per their commitment.
