Very practical and very useful! I went to Sherbrooke by bus. On the road I booked a taxi, as result I arrived to my appointment on time! I highly recommend. My suggestion is if it's possible to move the cancel command from the current location at the bottom of the screen, this may cause users to cancel by mistake.

The app was a little annoying, but I got a car real quick and paying was easy and the trip was pleasant! I also liked that many steps were optional! I forgot to hit the pay button before starting the trip, but I still got the taxi! I just had to pay afterward, then.

I "cancelled" too many calls because there was no taxis available, or the drivers cancelled, and now I'm unable to call a taxi? That's BS.

Would have put 0, but can't. The app just doesn't work. Can't enter credit card, can't select an address, nothing works.

Horrible!! Several times I was harassed, and today a guy almost kidnapped me because his terminal didn't work, and I explained to him that it was his terminal and he insulted me and told me it was me, finally after I instead he tried again and finally worked, and he charged me 10 DLLs more, because he "lost his time". I was scared, and I paid a huge amount of money for a terrible service! Don't use it!

Sometimes it's the taxi the problem, and you cancel it and you can't even take another one back. I've been late for work a few times because of that
