Could you allow an option to select car model in the 7-seat car category? I hate taking Avanza, and really need to take In nova. This would save me (and Avanza drivers) the trouble of cancelling unnecessarily due to lack of coding. I can do this by phone call, so it could be a new app feature.

Terrible app. GPS constantly pinpoint wrong locations, so it would end up on the wrong side of the street or the wrong side of intersection. Worse, they don't allow you to manually fine-tuning your location. A few occasions the drivers managed to drive pass by me. One time I had to carry bulky bags fighting to cross the hectic street. Not at all a pleasant experience using this app.

S22 plus Couldn't able book the taxi. Only the map is visible. Waste of time

The app provide a different amount of money. When driver took us, he claimed that the money need to be different using the meter. Then why do you put amount differently in app? Are you trying to scam your customer?

Love the company but hate the app. Doesn't accept international numbers, doesn't accept Vietnamese numbers from Vietnamese sim, need a phone number to even use the app, who thought this was a good idea?

The app itself is fine, the service itself is the problem. Booked a trip, got 3 drivers cancelling on me, switched to Grab.
