Hit or miss This time it was a miss. Had to rebook 3x. The 2nd driver didn't want to go to where we were, my boyfriend is blind, and I'm new to Sweden. He was very rude as well. His attitude was so unprofessional.

Can't book cars for arriving flights. I can add a flight number, but I also have to enter a pickup time, doesn't make sense. I want to enter the flight's arrival time and that I have checked bags. I can enter an arrival time, but I'm guessing that is for the car trip, not the flight...
