I had a trip today (Muscat/ Oman) to Wadi Kabir which was the worst! Driver was talking to his wife pretending that I am his girlfriend in order to make her jealous !!!! I was shocked & told him I'll cancel the trip if he doesn't stop & I refuse to be endorsed in driver's personal matters & to be disrespected like this! But he didn't!!! Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the trip as he arrived late & I was too late for my daughter's pick-up time. He didn't use map & was distracted by his call

TaxiF doesn't even deserve a star. The service is -0%. Many times failed, the cars arrive very late, and even some drivers do not arrive and charge money if the card is linked. The helpline is totally helpless. UBER is better 100 times

Worst It is my first time to use it and after waiting for the driver he didn't want to come and didn't cancel the ride. I cancelled the ride and wanted to complain and couldn't find any place to contact anyone. Never to recommend
