Booking is completely pointless, my vehicle broke down the previous day so booked a taxi for the next morning to get to work, 5 mins after it was supposed to be here I phoned up to be told they were looking for a driver and the wait would be 20 mins. Pointless

Adding additional charge to bill for the privilege of being overcharged in the first place, for them to refund you only some of the overcharge. Forcing you to book a taxi 1hr in advance for a journey to train station. Like it's their right to know anything about your train journey. Most of the taxi drivers think this company is bad. Would not recommend if Plymouth wasn't already completely devoid of adequate taxi service. Worst taxi company in existence.
