★★★★★ The app works perfectly. It is very easy to sign up and use the app. The screens on the app r very clean and impressive. It is so simple to hire a taxi using the app. It takes less than half a minute to hire a taxi using the app and a taxi driver will call u with in a minute or two. An employee from the company will also call u in a few minutes to confirm whether a taxi driver calls u or not. The politeness of both the employees and drivers is very impressive. In general it is very wonderful, time saving and economical to use the app. I never expected this kind of service in my country. Everyone who wants to hire a taxi must try the app both for own benefit and to encourage the co. Everyone should encourage the effort of the company. Please try it and be amazed. Sincerily,

★★★★★ What an app!! It is like Ethiopian Uber app. The app is awesome and all the Dispaching center operators are very well trained. The operators even call you back and let you know incase there are no taxi drivers available near your area. I use the app and sometimes also order a taxi through their call center number 8802. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORKS TAXIVA!!!

★★☆☆☆ app crashes and no vehicles at all... complete toy app

★★☆☆☆ can't get an 'otp' because my phone number supposedly 'already exists' even though it's my first time installing the app

★★☆☆☆ The app has some design flaws! Why do you need storage access? Why do you ask email if u are getting the phone number? In addition, it took me long time to pass splash screen... only loading spin is seen for more than 3 minutes... And you have to accept user comments; And never say 'the app works perfectly!'
