Everything is okay except for the UI, I mean it is not as friendly UI as other bank apps like zoom rad or uzumbank, at least developers should work on that, it is not difficult to change the UI of the tbc app, if it were fixed it would be number one banking app.

If someone asks me what's the trash app in the world, I can say surely TBC UZ. Why religion is not possible? Everyone has the same problem. I can religion any other bank account again. But tbc "single use only 😄"

I've been using TBC UZ: Online Banking since March 2024. I just wanted to let people know that the Online and Mobile words were used for only marketing purposes. I'd rather go to the ALQ Bank, waited for 2 hours and got my job done. It's been a whole month they couldn't handle single problem occurring with my identity, I called bank, supported contact center and even chatted via telegram. I guess they are afraid of communication, coz they called out chat and online support center twise, lol.
